CNC Amada punch press person (set up/operate) Amada Vipros King
Must know, understand and be capable of performing all job tasks related to CNC punch press process including; preventative maintenance on Amada punch press machines, "setting up" and operating punch press, loading and testing tools such as countersinks, form tools, special shape tools, stamping tools, lance and form and tapping tool. Must understand mechanical drawings and specifications as they apply to the punching process and be capable of trouble shooting punching problems that are either machine related or process related. Experience with setting up, operating and troubleshooting Vipros King punch press with loader /un-loader a plus.
Press-brake Mechanic (set up/operate)
Must; be capable of operating and setting up a variety of press-brake equipment such as; Amada FBD and NT press brakes and conventional press brakes such as; Wysong, Niagara, Pacific and Di-acro. Must have an understanding of mechanical drawings and know how to determine cut size from drawings and be capable of checking quality of parts by using standard inspection tools.
Welder must be capable of T.I.G. welding thin gauge material such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum
(.040 and up) also must be capable of M.I.G. welding. Must have a good understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications and symbols as they apply to the welding process. Must be capable of developing and or using fixtures in order to hold close tolerances. Must be able to use various types of inspection tools in order to check the quality of welded parts.
Spot Welder must have knowledge of spot welding process to include operating and setting up various types of spot-welding machines. Must have an understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications and symbols as they apply to spot welding. Must be capable of developing and or using fixtures in order to hold close tolerance. Must be capable of checking and testing spot welds to workmanship standards.
